14. Powers to suspend or cancel license, permit or authorization:
If, based on the report submitted by the inspector under Sub-section (2) of Section 13, it appears that any manufacturer, distributor, health care system or health worker have not observed this Act or the Rules framed under this Act, the Ministry may, on recommendation of the committee, write to the concerned body to suspend or cancel the license, permit or authorization which they have obtained from the Government of Nepal or any other body.
